Glenn and his team have taken the time to personally analyse your Instagram profile and have made the following discoveries and recommendations….

Profile Picture

Profile pic is a birds eye view of the cabins

Do you have a company logo? If so I would use this as the profile pic to maintain consistency with your website etc. This will also make your profile easy to identify.

Description/Bio reads well. Username directly under the profile pic could be more focused towards keywords. Also a call-to-action is needed.

I’d recommend adding a call-to-action to encourage users to click through to your website. For example “For Bookings Visit Website Below”.

I also recommend changing your username (the one directly under your profile pic) to include more keywords that holiday-goers would be searching for. For example “Beachfront Cabin Accommodation – Kendalls Kiama”.

This will help your profile appear in more searches on Instagram for “Accommodation” etc.

I also recommend using some beach/sun/surf emoji’s instead of the “*” symbol to add some colour and style to your bio.

Story Cover Images

Using story highlights.

Great work using story highlights. I would recommend adding story cover images to give your profile more of a consistent theme and style.

Posts of the beach and cabins look good. More on the surrounding attractions could work well to appeal to the customers from Sydney and further abroad.

I’d recommend adding more stories. Aim for 3-6 stories per day. These stories could include little snippets such as short videos and photos. Ideally, you could use content from your customers and ask them to tag @kendallsonthebeach in their posts so that you can share them

I would also recommend adding more images of Kiama’s attractions such as the blow hole, saddleback mountain lookout, walks etc. These images will help to really sell the whole appeal of travelling to Kiama and staying in your cabins.

I can see you’re posting in the newsfeed every few days which is ok but aim to post at least once per day in your feed for greater consistency.

Also, let’s max out your hashtags. Add 25-30 hashtags with each post to really help reach a wider audience.

A clean up of the grid could be a good idea.

I would recommend going through your feed and clicking “archive” on the posts which aren’t relevant anymore such as “Happy Easter” etc. And really aim to keep the newsfeed for the more professional scenic shots.

This would really help to lift the overall vibe and professionalism of the newsfeed.

Some followers commenting and some engagement in return but could do more here.

I’d focus on replying to all your follower’s comments personally. Keep this up as this will be a great way to build a strong and loyal audience.

Overall you’re doing well but with some improvements, you could really grow.

There’s a lot of info here Pam. I’m happy to have a chat to go into more detail and answer any questions you might have. Cheers, Glenn
